Info

In accordance with EN 1838 of October 2013, firefighting and fire alarm systems as well as first aid stations have to be illuminated and marked with an illuminance of at least 5 lx. The direct area, at a distance of at least two metres, must also be illuminated. The new combined safety and safety sign luminaire SNP 2004.1 is the ideal luminaire for marking and lighting of firefighting equipment, first aid posts and other important places. In contrary to illuminated signs, the backlit safety sign with a luminance of > 500 cd /m² offers very good visibility even in bright surroundings, so that firefighting equipment and first aid stations are quickly recognised in emergencies. In the event of a power failure, the integrated emergency luminaire switches on, thus ensuring that the place to be highlighted is illuminated in accordance with the relevant standards.
