10:00 - Ready to go

As we were planning our Open Day, we were quite uncertain about how many visitors could come, respectively if there are interested people at all. But, just as we open the door, there are already some visitors waiting to have a look inside our halls.

11:00 - More visitors

We did not expect this reception. More and more visitors are entering our company to take our factory tour. Every employee is excited to represent their department, explain our products or just answer the questions.

12:00 - High Noon

The way through the corridors is getting tighter. Employees with their families, supply partners, residents or just interested persons flow through the factory and inform themselves on several information points about products, departments and the company itself. Ulrich Höfer, our D.E.R. expert, is running on the limit of the room capacity to give everyone interested a fire simulation - to get the chance to know how hard it is to orient in a room filled with smoke, and how our D.E.R. system solves this problem.

13:00 - Still busy

The young visitors are enjoying the "JOKER Games" installed at several points throughout ou factory tour. The kids can proof their geographical knowledge in our germany quiz or show their skills on a hot wire. On a small solder station they can complete a electronical component. For every game they collect points and get a present afterwards.

14:00 - Already a success

Many visitors that finish the factory tour, accept the offer to have a drink or some snacks at our meeting place. A bouncy castle and a speed kick are highlights for the small ones. The managing directors Karl-Heinz Malzahn and Michael Langerbein are still busy to welcome the visitors and, if possibly, offer some guided tours through the company.

15:00 - One hour to go

The event is nearly at the end. Everyone is thrilled about the positive feedback in personal talk and the number of visitors. But there are still some visitors on the factory tour - everyone has a personal ahamoment.

16:00 - The deed is done

The last visitors are leaving the factory and the meeting point. Some employees are still having a chat in a comfortable atmosphere. To refresh themselves before the internal evening event, the last ones leave the site at about 5pm.

The revenues from the sales of beverages and snacks are donated towards the Children's Hospice Balthaser in Olpe, Germany. Together with a voluntary donation of the company employers the sum of 3000€ is donated.

At this point, we want to thank every employees that have helped to make this day successful. Only with their support and self-initiative it was possible to organise such a great event. Everyone represented INOTEC and showed the visitors, what's so special about our company.

A big "Thank you" also goes to the many visitory. We don't know exactly the number of visitors, but that does not really matter. Everyone, who was present this day, saw the reception, and we are very proud of that. This birthday is the icing on the cake for our 20 year success story. But now we are again heading towards the present and future. Here's to the next 20 years!
